The first face-to-face bargaining session took place September 25-27, 2018. The next bargaining session is scheduled for December 11-13, 2018. Please find the proposals that were exchanged attached.

  1. PIPSC global bargaining proposal
  2. Treasury Board global bargaining proposal

Treasury Board has also provided a list of topics they would like to discuss at the Central Bargaining Table. However, the Strategic Bargaining Committee (made up of representatives from the eighteen (18) groups under the Treasury Board) has limited the topics the Central Bargaining Team will be permitted to negotiate. The list included in the Treasury Board proposal is their current position, subject to the SBC and negotiation at the Central Table. Those issues not dealt with by Central Team may be dealt with at the AV table.

The Employer’s team is composed of the following:

Patricia Phee (negotiator) with Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat

Stéphane Ferland \Lynn McLewin with Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat

Janice Macdonald with Public Services and Procurement Canada

Micha Beaulieu with Public Services and Procurement Canada

Lucie Dubois \ Giselle Ananny with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada

Keri-Lee Doré \ Maryse Drouin with Department of National Defence

Philippe Bougie with Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy

Your Bargaining Team is working hard in the meantime in order to best represent all members through this process.

In solidarity,
