Your Bargaining Team continues to work with the Employer on implementing the new Collective Agreement and will continue to keep the members informed of any developments as they occur.
As you are aware the Federal Government introduced Bill C-69, proposing the enactment of the Canadian Energy Regulator Act and Impact Assessment Act, repealing the National Energy Board Act. The Institute is working diligently to assess the Bill’s impacts to ensure that member’s rights are protected during any ensuing transition. The Institute will be monitoring the progress of Bill C-69 and keeping members informed as it moves through the political process.
