#1 Call to Order
Jidong called the meeting to order at 5:15 pm.
#2 Approval of the Agenda
Agenda reviewed, revised, and approved. A new item (update member list) was added as new business.
#3 Approval of last minutes
Last meeting minutes approved.
#4 Old business from last minutes
- Non-work email addresses of members
The list is still incomplete. Amjad will follow up with Yemi for more information and Xin will try to collect email addresses from all members. - Steward application
Jidong to confirm with Kumar on his steward application.
#5 New business
- Update member list
Several members’ status has changed for various reasons (leave without pay, paternity leave, etc.). The member list needs to be updated and verified with HQ. Xin to follow up.
- Lunch & Learn session
A Lunch & Learn session was cancelled on Oct. 23 due to the unavailability of the invited speaker, RE Group President Matt MacLeod. Jidong to contact Matt for future session date.
- Christmas party
A tentative date was chosen: Thursday Dec. 14th, 2017, 12-1pm. Same location as last year. Xin to book venue and send save-the-date notice.

Xin moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:45 pm, and Jidong seconded.
