Revised Announcement of Elections Impacting the Quebec Region

Following the close of nominations on July 31st. 2018 the following members expressed their willingness to serve as representatives on the Retired Members Guild Executive for the Quebec Region. Unfortunately, nomination documents for one of the candidates was misplaced and not provided to the elections committee for inclusion in this year's election. In discovering this error, the elections committee has decided to extend the election period for the Québec Region only to permit the proper slate of candidates to be presented. Ballots for the election in the Québec Region must be received at the Institute's national office by 12 noon November 16, 2018.

The election currently taking place in the NCR region is not impacted by this change and will conclude on October 12, 2018 as originally scheduled.

The term of office for the members elected to the RMG Executive shall be three (3) years.

Voting is by electronic means. Paper ballots will be sent upon request. You will receive your personal ballot key and instructions for electronic voting. Please read all materials carefully to ensure that your vote will be counted.
