This year’s AGM on Thursday, May 3, 2018, we will have as our guest BC/Yukon Region’s National Guild Representative, Don Burns and our BC/Yukon's Regional Director, Rob MacDonald.
Don will apprise us as to what is happening across Canada with respect to other Guild Chapters and issues they are dealing with. Rob will discuss current PIPSC‘s issues especially following the government’s turnover and the status of our benefit programs under the new regime.
This forum is an excellent opportunity for you to alert your peers of any issues you have encountered with some of our plans. It’s also an opportunity to exchange ideas on issues that affect retirees and that Don and Rob can take back to PIPSC Ottawa.
During this AGM, following the Guild's constitution, an election will be held. There are positions for a 2-year term for Vice-President and Secretary on the Guild's Executive.
Should you wish to run for office and are unable to attend, please forward the below Nomination Form to any 2 or more of the Executives listed below.
