Your Collective Agreement expires on September 30, 2018. The results of this bargaining questionnaire, along with the input from members who will be attending the bargaining conference, will enable your Negotiating Team to determine the issues to be addressed during the upcoming round. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and is essential to help your Negotiating Team draft bargaining proposals and determine priorities. This is your window of opportunity to provide your feedback. Once the proposals are finalized and tabled, we cannot change them. The Institute’s analyst will process the information gathered from your responses in strict confidentiality. Only summary responses (and no individual responses) will be provided to your Bargaining Team and Negotiator. Feel free to contact a member of the group executive or your subgroup if you have additional comments or bargaining issues which have not been addressed by this survey.
Some questions request disclosure of your identify in case of further clarifications needed. Only if clarifications required will your identification be disclosed by the Institute analyst to the Negotiator.
