The current mandate for some of your London Branch Executive members will end at our Tuesday, May 8, 2018 Annual General Meeting.  Therefore, our By-Laws require us to call for nominations.  The successful candidates will be elected for three-year terms commencing at the end of our Tuesday, May 8, 2018 Annual General Meeting.  Nominations are now invited for the following positions:

  • President (one to be elected)
  • Secretary (one to be elected)
  • Member-at-large (up to two may be elected)

To be a candidate a person must be a Member in good standing of the London Branch. Voting will take place at our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.

The “Nomination Form” is attached (see over).  Nominations must be submitted in writing to either Andrew Bruins (519-645-4328) or Patrick Chapman (519-459-1470 Ext 292)

by 4 pm, April 9, 2018).  Candidates should contact either of the aforementioned persons to confirm receipt of their nomination form prior to the deadline.

If no nominations are received for an elected position by this deadline, then the deadline for nominations, for that position only, will be extended to the floor of our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.

Small fliers with biographies and/or candidate comments for election purposes will be allowed on PIPSC bulletin boards until the day after our Annual General Meeting. All election posters must be approved by the Election Committee.
