On March 8, 2017, International Women’s Day will be celebrated under the theme ‘Equality all the way’, to highlight the importance of women in society. Topics, such as freedom, non-violence, self-reliance, the right to work, universal access, parental leave, solidarity, feminism, work-life-education balance, pay equity, justice, empowerment, parity, equality, anti-racism, activism, fundamental rights, sexual freedom, etc., are very much alive today.
