1. Opening of meeting and approval of agenda

Meeting called to order by Rolfe at 11:55.

Approved the agenda with no changes, motioned by Rolfe, seconded by Dave.

2. Update on SP Annual General Meeting and SP Presidents Call

Leanne provided an update on the SP presidents call. The Collective Agreement bargaining is ongoing and no update at this point.

Money available in the Do Better Campaign for the Lunch and Learn.

3. Confirmation of Treasurer hand-over

Naeem was not present to confirm but we are confident this has been completed.

4. Lunch and Learn– discussion.

Shawn Kemball (ERO) from Winnipeg would like to attend. Rolfe to coordinate with Shawn on what dates work form him.

We set tentative dates for the Lunch and Learn. Tentative dates include: May 23^rd, 24^th, 27^th, or 28^th.

Coordinate with Regina PIPSC group for a combined Lunch and Learn and estimate attendance.

Food for Lunch and Learn will be Caraway Grill.  

Need to find a location and verify if it is teleconference compatible. 

5. Next Meeting

Once Lunch and Learn date is determine, Dave to set up another planning meeting before Lunch and Learn.

6. Other Business

Leanne will be leaving in September for a new position on Ontario. We need to find a replacement.

TO DO

• Rolfe to coordinate with Shawn on what dates work form him.
• Set date for Lunch and Learn.
• Dave to send a doodle poll to determine a planning session for the Lunch and Learn once the Lunch and Learn date is decided.
• Leanne to coordinate with PIPSC Regina Branch to see what Lunch and Learn date works best for them.
• All executive members to assist in finding a replacement for Leanne
• Naeem to confirm treasurer duties have been transferred.
• All executive members to assist in finding a location for the Lunch and Learn
