Financial Statements

Tom presented draft information on income, equity and budgets for 2022 and 2023, and the budget for 2024 in comparative statement format.

Post-COVID and per a new national RMG Treasurer, the process to apply for annual funding is to follow the by-laws strictly. There was much interest in and discussion about how this might differ from the process prior to COVID.

Tom to research details, prepare documents accordingly, and cc executive committee members when forwarding to Raj. Raj to submit to Don Burns, national RMG representative for BC and Yukon.

Other business / Round-table

Colin will be attending the PIPSC AGM November 26-29. Members can email him re  any issues they would like brought forward.

Geoff is still helping retired members with Phoenix issues, especially delays in severance payouts. He also recommended Mednow, a Service Plus supplier, for prescriptions since he has had good service from them.

Raj will be attending the National RMG AGM. National RMG funding the trip. Also, the VP position is to be filled at the next AGM in the spring of next year, so no need to fill it now.

Next Executive meeting to be held mid November. Don Burns to be invited. One topic to be the funding application process.
