Your CRPEG Negotiations Team has met a number of times to prepare for the next round of negotiations. Your current collective agreement will expire on December 31st, 2020. Unlike the recent bargaining rounds, the employer has requested to revert to positional bargaining for this round and we have agreed. Your Team is using the results of the member survey of June 2020 to formulate the list of priorities. Some of your priorities that were identified in no particular order are your Scale and Merit increases, Remote Work conditions, Vacation, Promotions, Benefits and Leave.
The team will meet on November 25 with the employer for one day to exchange proposals. Negotiation meetings have been scheduled with the company for December 17 and 18. Future negotiation dates will be scheduled in the New Year.
