Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 12:05 PM. Introductory remarks by the President.
Agenda
Agenda approved without changes.
Minutes
Minutes of the previous Executive meeting, held September 25, 2018, approved. MSC. No business arising from the minutes.
Update and news
Raj presented an update on recent news and events such as the Regional Council, Fraser Valley Chapter, and activities related to the upcoming national election.
Treasurer’s Report
Barbara presented the financial statements. Approved without changes. MSC.
Elections
Two positions, President and Treasurer to be filled by vote of the Executives. Election process directed by Tom.
After calling for nominations, Raj was acclaimed as President and Barbara was acclaimed as Treasurer.
Next AGM
Discussion on locations and dates for the next AGM of the RMG Vancouver Chapter. AGM to be a lunch meeting held next April on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Location to be easy to access from the SkyTrain.
