The AGM will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at the Cork & Barley Restaurant - 4274 137 Ave NW, Edmonton AB T5Y 2W7.

Business Meeting at 6:00 Sharp
Dinner and Guest Speakers at 7:00 or at the conclusion of business
If you wish to attend virtually or in person, please RSVP by emailing us at pipscafssubgroup.edmonton@yahoo.com prior to 12:00 noon on April 7, 2023. Late registration will be accepted subject to venue restrictions.
Elections will be held for 3 positions on the AFS Edmonton Subgroup:
> President (2-year term)
> Vice-President (1 year term)
> Secretary (2-year term)
Nominations for any of these positions can be made in advance by email to pipscafssubgroup.edmonton@yahoo.com. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
Door prizes will be drawn at the end of the evening. Winners must be present to receive a prize.
