Your PIPSC-AFS Edmonton Subgroup is pleased to invite you to the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the New Tan Tan Restaurant, 10133-97 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 0L2.
Bar at 4:30pm
Business Meeting at 5:15pm Sharp
Dinner at 6:00pm or at the conclusion of business

by noon on March 31, 2024. Admission tickets to this event are restricted to one ticket per AFS member. Each AFS member is required to secure their own admission ticket. If you are unable to get a ticket online, or to inform us of food restrictions, please email: pipscafssubgroup.edmonton@yahoo.com. Late registration will be accepted subject to venue restrictions.
Elections will be held for four positions on the AFS Edmonton Subgroup:
> Vice-President (2 year term)
> Treasurer (1 year)
> Member at large (1 year term)
> Member at large (2 year term)
It is recommended that nominations for these positions are made in advance by email to pipscafssubgroup.edmonton@yahoo.com. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
Door prizes will be drawn at the end of the evening. Winners must be present to receive a prize.
