You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Laval Branch and the AFS Laval Sub-Group.
At the meeting, we’ll be discussing a number of topics, including the election of Sub-Group Executive positions, a report on last year’s activities and upcoming events.

LAVAL SUB-GROUP ELECTION NOTICE
Dear members of the Laval Sub-Group of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada,
In accordance with the Laval Sub-Group By-laws, all executive positions (maximum 11) must be filled by election. Elected candidates will take office on June 5, 2025, and remain in office until June 2027.
To stand for election, candidates must be PIPSC members in the region served by the Laval Sub-Group.
To become a candidate, please send the attached form to the Elections Chair vtremblay@pipsc.ca.
If voting is required, then an election will take place at the AGM.
The Sub-Group Executive is made up of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary, a Treasurer and Members-at-Large (maximum 7). The term of office shall be two (2) years.
The duties of the Laval Sub-Group Executive, including those of the positions listed above, are set out in section 6.2 of the Laval Sub-Group By-laws.
