Call for Nominations – AFS Toronto West Subgroup Executive
The following positions of the AFS Toronto West Subgroup Executive are to be elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on December 5, 2023:
- Vice-President - 1 Vacancy 2 Year Term
- Treasurer - 1 Vacancy 2 Year Term
- Member at Large - 3 Vacancies 2 Year Term
- Member at Large - 1 Vacancies 1 Year Term

Nominations will be accepted from October 23, 2023, up to November 6, 2023, at 4:00 PM. Nomination forms are available from any member of the elections committee listed below. Nomination forms must be completed and returned to any Elections Committee member by the deadline.
After the closing of the nomination period, the election committee will post on the PIPSC website and the bulletin boards in the office, the names of the candidates as well as the procedures that will be used for the members to vote for the executives.
Posters and Campaigning guidelines will be provided to candidates upon completion of a nomination form submitted to an Elections Committee member.
