On December 14, 2018 your Bargaining Team reached a tentative agreement with the Employer to renew your Collective Agreement. Please find all the proposed amendments to the agreement attached for review.

This agreement must now be ratified by the CCC group membership. An electronic vote will be held in order to ratify this agreement.  All members in good standing will receive the voting instructions by email. The voting will be open for a period beginning January 24, 2019 and closing on February 1, 2019.  Please ensure your membership information is up to date.

Ratification Package

A Yes vote means: You are accepting all of the changes proposed in the tentative agreement. Those changes will take place at the date of the signing.

A No vote means: You reject the tentative agreement and instruct the CCC Bargaining Team to pursue further negotiations with the Employer. 

The Bargaining Team unanimously recommends the acceptance of this tentative agreement.
