This grievance is subsequent to the classification decision issued on March 7, 2022, which maintained the VM-02 Supervisory Veterinarian VM-02 (Decision 59668) position at its same VM-02 level despite the substantial job description changes that were done to the 2016 work description, The Coupal decision had previously ordered the employer to classify the job description won by PIPSC through the grievance process. This is the resulting classification grievance.
