The Pay Equity Committee (PEC) has not met with the employer. We are disappointed by the pay equity progress with the Canadian Museum of History. After countless emails and requests to commence the process, the employer has repeatedly stated they are not ready to meet. We are hopeful that the PEC will begin meeting shortly to meet the September 2024 deadline to post a final pay equity plan under the federal Pay Equity Act.
