About the session: "Worrying makes you worse than being useless"

We all worry. If we worry a little, we can handle it well. When the worry is frequent it has severe consequences. When we worry, we drain our vital energy. Instead of using it to fuel our successful actions, we spin our mind's wheels and stay stuck, or worse... we get overwhelmed, we get sick, or... “we lose it”.

We can train the mind to worry a lot less and when worry does come our way, we can use tools to navigate the rough waters with skill. Freeing the mind from excessive worrying, drama, overthinking allows us to troubleshoot, to come up with creative solutions, and makes life exciting in the midst of a storm.

Easier said than done? It is not easy, but it is simple. This session will shed some light on some simple traps and strategies. Up for it
