INTRODUCTORY REMARKS:
1. Jonathan Tweedie called the meeting to order at 1200 hrs. Minutes from the last meeting were read and accepted by all.

2. OLD BUSINESS a. N/A
3. NEW BUSINESS b. We had a combined meeting with the Branch to plan the upcoming Christmas social scheduled for December 19. c. Approval has been granted from the Base Commander and Unit CO’s for PIPSC members to attend. d. Jonathan will send out an invite to members outside of Greenwood. e. The branch will look after the Food and venue costs and the subgroup will look after beverages and door prizes.
