The HRM CS Sub Group invites you and your family out for a bit of fun at Hatfield Farm. We are holding a family friendly get together, so feel free to bring your kids. This is an outdoor event, so dress accordingly.

Arrival: 2:30pm (important to arrive early for check in, as checking in can be lengthy for a group our size)

This event includes: petting pens, wagon ride to and from fort clayton. Time in the rubber rodeo, ziplines, playgrounds, and Lunch! This is a Rain or shine event!
Meal Choice: All you can eat pizza and Hotdogs. Unlimited refreshments of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and Pepsi products.
Note: Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free Options are available, but that requirement and the amount of portions MUST be identified prior to the event. Those options are gluten free and vegan Hotdogs.
Please note to attend this event there are 4 things you must:
A) RSVP to hrmcssubgroup@gmail.com before November 30 , indicating any special dietary needs a number in your party;
B) Hatfield Farm Waiver, details are below; and
C) be ready to comply with the Hatfield Farms Policy on Covid.
D) PIPSC members show proof of vaccination to the highest elected official. As per PIPSC guidance for small events.

Hatfield Farm Policy on Covid
“Masks are required on our sleighs & wagons and inside our buildings when food and beverage are not being consumed.
We ask that if any of our guests have travelled outside of Nova Scotia within the last 14 days or are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea and/or if you are waiting for your COVID-19 test results, have tested positive for COVID-19, have been told by Public Health that you may have been exposed and need to self-isolate, even if you have tested negative for COVID-19 we ask you, your guests or our team to stay home and self isolate and join us when you are feeling better or when the quarantine has been completed.
As of October 4, 2021 we require proof of vaccination for all participants over the age of 12 years.”

Hatfield Farm Waiver
All guests are required to sign a Hatfield Farm waiver. Anyone 18 years and younger must have a waiver signed by their parent dated for the day of the event.

PIPSC Policy on In Person Activities and Vaccination
Since this is a small event not booked through cvent and not during work hours. The only requirement is to show proof of vaccination status to the highest ranking PIPSC official attending the event. No information will be recorded or kept.
