The IT Mauricie Sub-Group will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Pêché Mignon restaurant in Trois-Rivières.

Notice of election – Mauricie IT Sub-Group
Two Executive positions are up for election this year. To ensure continuity in the Executive, it is proposed that the positions of the Vice-President and of the Secretary/Treasurer be filled for a two-year term. These positions will be up for election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
Nominations may be submitted in writing up to the start of the 2025 AGM, or from the floor at the AGM. To run for a position, a candidate must be a regular member of the Mauricie Sub-Group. All candidates must be nominated by a member in good standing. Please use the nomination form available here:
All written nominations must be sent to Steve Malenfant, assistant returning officer, at SMalenfant@pipsc.ca. A member whose nomination has been submitted in writing but who doesn’t expect to attend the Branch 2025 AGM must notify the assistant returning officer in writing.
