Your bargaining team met with the employer on December 6-8 for the second session of negotiations. Both sides presented their responses to the initial non-monetary proposals made in the first session. There was significant discussion and progress was made in resolving some of the items in question.
The session was productive, and we continue to benefit from a positive working relationship.
Our next session is scheduled for January 31 to February 3, with a further session planned for March 2023. Future bargaining dates will be decided upon soon.
