NOTICE OF 2018 AGM — QUÉBEC CITY NR SUB-GROUP
Dear members,
All engineers, architects and surveyors who are members of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) in Québec City are invited to attend the third Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Québec City NR Sub-Group (SG NR VQ).
The meeting will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 6:00 p.m., at Restaurant Pacini located at 1280 Lebourgneuf Boulevard, Québec. A meal and a drink will be provided.

The AGM will feature a presentation of the survey results on members’ concerns, national statistics related to ENG’s and a discussion on the possible implementation of a career development plan for ENG’s at DRDC. It will be great to take this initiative to other departments to promote the work of ENG’s, AR’s or SUR’s.
We would also like to encourage members to get involved in our Sub-Group’s Executive in order to have better departmental representation. We would be delighted to have new members on our team from the following departments:
- Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada
- Fisheries and Oceans Canada
- Environment and Climate Change Canada
- Natural Resources Canada
- Public Services and Procurement Canada
- Shared Services Canada
- Transport Canada
