Voting Period Now Open!
This is your voter’s kit for the election of the NRC-RO/RCO Group Executive. Voting will take place by electronic means only. No paper mail-in ballots will be provided.
You will be receiving an email to vote on November 14, 2024.
If you have a change of email address, please send an email to membership@pipsc.ca at the PIPSC National Office.
Please read all materials carefully to ensure that your vote gets counted.
This year, we will be electing 8 Member-At-Large positions to the NRC-RO/RCO group executive: for two-year terms.
The candidates with the highest number of votes will be considered elected to the NRC-RO/RCO Executive Committee.

Voter Eligibility
Members in good standing with PIPSC in the NRC-RO/RCO Group are eligible to vote.
Voting Instructions
Please read the following information carefully:
- All emails from the voting system will come from: donotreply-nepasrepondre@elections.pipsc-ipfpc.ca (please check any junk/spam folders).
- An onboarding email will be sent on November 14, 2024, with the following subject: PIPSC Voting System Account Onboarding.
- If you have not received the onboarding email, please ensure we have the correct email address on file by contacting elections@pipsc.ca
- If you have received the onboarding email but wish to update your current email on file, please reach out to elections@pipsc.ca
- If you have already completed the onboarding for the National Election or the Practice Vote, you will NOT receive this email.
- Members must complete the onboarding process in order to log into their account (a password reset will not work). Please follow the instructions in the onboarding email.

Resumes Submitted by Candidates
All candidates were invited to submit résumés, of 200 words or less, stating their experience/objectives. The résumés of candidates for the positions you are eligible to vote for can be viewed on the PIPSC Web site when you go to submit your electronic vote.
NOTE: The resumes submitted have been reproduced without corrections to a maximum of the first 200 English words. The translated versions were produced by PIPSC translators.
