2018 September 14 Meeting Charlottetown

Hello RO/RCO colleagues,

The RO/RCO Group Executive will be meeting in Charlottetown on Friday, September 14. We will be hosting a lunch for RO/RCO members at noon in the ‘Fishbowl’, 550 University Avenue, Charlottetown.

We expect the meeting to last one hour and suggest you arrive on time to make sure you get your food. We’re asking everyone who plans to attend to RSVP as soon as possible to Mary Zborowski at mary.zborowski@gmail.com to ensure we order enough food and drinks. Let Mary know if you have any dietary restrictions.

We are looking forward to meeting RO/RCO members in Charlottetown to share updates and hear about your issues and concerns.

We must inform you that should your participation extend beyond the lunch hour into regular working hours, you will be required to account for your time by using leave (vacation, compensatory, personal, volunteer, LWOP) with your supervisor’s approval. Those on a 1950 schedule have the option of simply choosing not to count these hours outside lunch as part of your 1950 hour requirement in consultation with your supervisor.
