The OSFI Group bargaining team met in spring 2022 to discuss results from the OSFI bargaining survey. We would like to thank the membership for taking the time to complete the survey. A great number of you responded and your continued support and engagement is essential in helping us draft proposals and determine priorities for this upcoming round of bargaining. 

In order to keep our members apprised of the bargaining process, we would like to hold 3 lunch hour meetings in mid-to-late June 2022 to provide updates from the survey and to answer questions.

The lunch hour sessions will take place at the following times and will focus on the following subjects:

  • June 15, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM – General updates of importance to the membership.
  • June 16, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Discussion of health issues related to mental health, care leave and work-life balance.
  • June 23, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Discussion of issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
