Further to our last bargaining update, we would like to inform you that Mr. Dan Butler has been chosen as the conciliator and the hearing date has been set as March 29, 2018. Both parties have additionally agreed to several outstanding items and “Rates of Pay” is the only remaining item to be addressed in conciliation. Meetings with the membership will be set up once the arbitral decision has been received.
