We’ve heard you loud and clear.  We know that you are struggling to keep up with the rising cost of living. We will be addressing pay in future negotiation sessions and we will let you know when that happens.

We are focusing on a number of other important issues identified in our bargaining survey.

  • Improving your access to conference attendance
  • Addressing administrative burdens you experience
  • Ensuring you don’t lose your research ties when you are on leave
  • Getting you the digital tools (computing power and speed) you need to do your job
  • Increasing your career development opportunities (sabbaticals)
  • Improving your access to overtime
