CALL TO ORDER:
President Charlotte called the meeting to order at 1:07 and welcomed Marielle Nadon.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Carried
PRESIDENTS REPORT:
Luc announced that he was leaving PIPSC and joining NAFAR. Charlotte and Executives wished him well in his new endeavors and that he will be truly missed.
Charlotte handed over meeting to Marielle Nadon to run the election of officers for President, VP, Finance/Treasurer and Secretary.

FINANCE:
Need Financial Statement and Budget for 2021
Budget was approved in November 13, 2020 meeting and Minutes
OLD BUSINESS:
Day 2 of AGM on June 5:
Discussion on a Formal Complaint on inappropriateness of not posting our supporting documents for the AGM.
Response to HR Complaint to Jeannie:
Don B working on it and will forward to all. Charlotte will forward to Jeannie and message Isabelle Roy stating that HRDC did not fulfill their duties re our Complaint.
REGIONAL ELECTIONS:
PIPSC stated that groups hold elections prior to October 31, 2021
Up for Elections this year:
NCR – Terry
BC/Yukon – Don B
Ontario – Michael
Elections Committee: Charlotte & Lynn
Charlotte to send request to PIPSC for approval of elections and have Marielle post on RMG web site
Dates:
Notice and Nomination form to be post July 26
Nominations to close August 31
Announcement at AGM (no date set yet). We will ask for permission to hold AGM at Delta Hotel in Ottawa the first week of November.
Action Item: Charlotte to make request to PIPSC for new list of Retied Members by Region, for both Active and Inactive Retirees.
