RESOLUTION
Whereas the current situation we are in regarding the Covid-19 pandemic;
Whereas PIPSC has decided to postpone any activity involving the physical presence of its members in a confined environment;
Whereas the Guild's and various constituent bodies' AGMs have been postponed indefinitely;
Whereas the Guild's Quebec City Chapter has no choice but to cancel its fall 2020 AGM and to postpone it to a later date in 2021;
Be it resolved that Executive elections, to be held at the Chapter AGM, will also be postponed to a later date, most likely the 2021 AGM of the Chapter;
And be it resolved that:
The term of the current Executive be extended until the next Branch AGM.
