Key priorities for this meeting included developing the SH bargaining survey, conducting a post-mortem review of the past bargaining cycle, and strategizing options to enhance member engagement this round.
Bargaining survey:
The bargaining team met virtually on December 16, 2025, to finalize the survey. The bargaining survey will be open from February 23, 2026, to March 9, 2026. We are encouraging maximum participation from SH members to complete the survey, as the data collected will play a critical role in shaping our bargaining proposals. Your input is vital to ensure we represent your priorities effectively.
Communications support:
Our communications team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have. We will be hosting virtual drop-in sessions again this round and aim to start these sessions earlier in the process.
These sessions will enable you to pose questions, provide feedback, and stay up to date. We welcome your ideas on how we can improve communication and engagement during this bargaining process.
