5. SH President’s report – Lynn Ohlson
● Discussed next steps in bargaining
● Monetary discussions to start in June – no market adjustment for MAs since 2011
● Likely that we will get whatever economic increases PSAC gets
Question regarding job function analysis influence on WFH
● Helped us WFH for another year, future uncertain, DTAs have been broad/generous
Question regarding workplace office leases
● All we know is lease is up in 2025, future uncertain
