The National Executive is pleased to announce that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Applied Science and Patent Examination (SP) Group will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022. Details related to location and delegate selection will be made available in the coming weeks. This early notification is intended to address the concerns raised at previous AGMs that adequate advance notice was not provided.

SP 2022 AGM – Call for Resolutions or By-law Amendments
According to our SP constitution, a member who wants to submit a by-law amendment or resolution at the 2022 AGM must send it in writing to the Executive.
CHANGES TO GROUP BY-LAWS
Proposed amendments to the SP Group By-Laws must be submitted by March 11, 2022, by email to marcel.beaudoin@pipsc.ca.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolutions must be submitted by March 11, 2022, by email to marcel.beaudoin@pipsc.ca.
Note that all SP members can submit a motion, but only delegates are eligible to vote at the AGM. (clause 8.1.7)
