SP 2021 AGM – Call for Resolutions or By-law Amendments
According to our SP constitution, a member who wants to submit a by-law amendment or resolution at the 2021 AGM must send it in writing to the Executive.
CHANGES TO GROUP BY-LAWS
Proposed amendments to the SP Group By-Laws must be submitted by September 3, 2021, by email to marcel.beaudoin@pipsc.ca.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolutions must be submitted by September 3, 2021, by email to marcel.beaudoin@pipsc.ca..
Note that all SP members can submit a motion, but only delegates are eligible to vote at the AGM. (clause 8.1.7)
