Your team participated in negotiations with the employer from January 23 — 26 in Winnipeg.
We have had good dialogue so far and have agreements on a number of non-monetary issues. We improved language towards Remote Work, Performance Reviews, and Contractors. We also made positive changes towards the Overtime Provisions.
Face-to-face negotiations with the company will continue and are scheduled for April 3, 2023. As the negotiations continue, your team will continue to post updates after each bargaining session.
