Return to office help form

The employer has an obligation to ensure employees have everything they need to do their job and to do it safely. 

Use this form to flag any health and safety or other concerns about your return to office so we can continue to advocate on your behalf, give you the support you need, and build our case against the blanket return-to-office order. 

Concerns can include anything from “I don’t have a desk”, to “COVID protocols aren’t being followed” to “our building is getting torn down”.

You can also use this form if you need assistance with an accommodation request denial. A PIPSC Employment Relations Officer will be in touch.
