4. President’s Report (Cory)

• Brief Prairie Region Executive (PRE) meeting in June. Vice-chair elected, Nancy McCune
• Pam Kubicz re-elected Training Chair
• Discussion about union activities
• AGM delegates were submitted
• Notice for Steward Council went out.
• PRE has requested a meeting after the PIPSC AGM on the Monday to save on flight costs as executive will already be in Montreal.
• Leadership training for two members per branch. Branch President and Vice President will attend October 5^th and 6^th in Edmonton.

5. Treasurer’s Report (Jason)

Report on file:

• $X owing to Kevin for DFO engagement event
• $X to Mo
• Finance is behind with travel expense payments to members
• Electronic payment may not be efficient currently due to backlog.
• Will be submitting new signature card
• Submitting for allotment later this month.
• Receipt for previous dinner Cory to provide.
• Not much to report

        • Difficult because different office arrangements
        • Cory might consider one for MAGE members as they are mandated to be in the office certain days.
      • Labour Day (Pramesh and Cory) Pramesh trying to get contact information.
      • Bomber Game (might be too late this year, plan in February 2023 for 2023 season)
      • Goldeyes Game (deferred)
      • Airplane Museum (deferred for winter)
      • Leaf (not completed yet)
