a) Presentation of Financial Statements

4. Budget
a) Presentation of Budget
b) Adoption of the Budget
5. Branch Elections
a) Call for nominations
b) Election of Branch Executive President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and one of the Member-at-Large positions are at the end of the terms and elections will be held to fill these positions.
6. Guest Speaker – it has not been confirmed as of yet but Dean Corda, Interim Regional Director, PIPSC BC Yukon Region is hoping to attend.

In addition to the above, there will be an election underway at this time to fill the recently vacated position of Regional Director for the BC Yukon Region.  In regards to this, we will allow any and all campaigning to occur at this meeting both outside and inside the meeting room. If the list of candidates is available prior to the meeting all will be offered the opportunity to attend or provide any information they wish to have distributed to the attendees.
