The IT Group Bargaining Team has been fielding many (many) emails asking for the full text of the new collective agreement. While we wait for the Treasury Board to post it, we have posted it to the PIPSC website. Please see “Quick Links” on the right-hand side of this page.
Once the Treasury Board has updated the information on their website, the PDF file will be removed and replaced with a link to the official document on the Treasury Board website.
In the meantime, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has posted a document indicating when the salary rates will be updated and when they will show up on your paycheck.
Please note this link will only work if you are on a computer connected to the Government of Canada intranet.
If you go to that page, you will see that Phoenix will be updated with your new pay rates as of February 24, 2024, with an effective date of February 15, 2024. That means that your retroactive pay will cover from December 22, 2021, to February 14, 2024. As we are paid two weeks in arrears, the new pay rates should appear on your March 13 pay.
