ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Your Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. (see contact details above).
Please confirm your attendance by e-mail to vfs_monteregie@pipsc.ca. Please indicate your name and membership number, otherwise your registration will be refused.
Please note that if the maximum number of places available in the room is reached, we will have no choice but to refuse members (for the meal) on the basis of the registration date.

If you would like to apply for one of these positions, please complete the nomination form attached to this e-mail and forward it to Mario Lamarre, head of the Elections Committee, by March 8, 2024 at mariolamarre31@gmail.com.
How to complete and sign the nomination form
1- The candidate completes the attached nomination form (highlighted in yellow) and sends it by e-mail to mariolamarre31@gmail.com.
2- Supporting members should send an e-mail to
mariolamarre31@gmail.com with the following message:
