Invitation to the 2024 Lethbridge Branch AGM
The Lethbridge Branch invites its members only to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Drinks: 6:00 to 7:00 pm
Dinner and Meeting: 7:00pm
If you wish to attend, please register by emailing Nancy McCune nmccune@shaw.ca. The registration deadline is April 11, 2024. If you have any dietary restrictions please state that in your registration.
The meeting will include the following items:
- Approval of the Agenda
- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual General meeting
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Report of the President
- Annual Financial Report
- Approval of Budget
- Report of the Elections Committee
- New Business, including By-Law Amendments
