The Pay Equity Committee (PEC) had an initial meeting back in March, however progress and slowed down since then. The employer has scheduled and rescheduled meetings over the past few months and the PEC has not been able to advance its work on pay equity. We anticipate that there will be regular sessions in the coming months to try and meet the September 2024 deadline to post a final pay equity plan.
