As we gear up for our next bargaining session from July 23 to 25, 2024, we’re at a pivotal point in our negotiations. Now, more than ever, we need your visible and vocal support! Our dedicated bargaining team has been working tirelessly to secure the best collective agreement for SH members, and it’s time for everyone to step up and show their solidarity.
Here are five ways to support your bargaining team:
1. Change Your Profile Picture: Update your social media profile picture from July 23 to 25 with the attached image to show your support. This simple act can create a powerful wave of solidarity across our networks
2. Display Posters in Your Workplace: Print and display the attached posters in your workplace from July 23 to 25. Let’s fill our spaces with messages of support and unity
3. Add a background to your Facebook profile or group.
4. Add a banner to your Twitter account
5. Add a Zoom background during your meetings with management
For Sub-group Presidents and Stewards:
- Ensure you use the official SH Group signature block in all communications. Don’t forget to add:
- Your name
- Steward, SH Group
- Signature block #NowOrNever
