The subgroup will cover most of the meal cost within reason. We will discuss issues and news from the past year. We hope to see you there.

Notice of Election

As per Sub-Group By-Laws, please note that the position of VICE-PRESIDENT (position held by Caroline Lacombe) and the position of SECRETARY-TREASURER (position held by Éric Déry) will be up for election. These positions will be up for election at the 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025.

Nominations may be submitted in writing up to the start of the 2024 AGM, or from the floor at the AGM. All nominations must be proposed by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing. All written nominations should be sent to the Election Chair, Andréanne Roux at: roux.andreanne@gmail.com. 

A member whose nomination has been submitted in writing who doesn’t expect to attend the Sub-Group 2024 AGM shall notify the Election Chair in writing.
