Ottawa South Branch (OSB) cordially invites OSB members and adult guest to attend a Hybrid (In-person and Virtual) seminar titled Thriving Through Midlife.

Join us for an enlightening session on perimenopause and menopause, a transition that can span about one-third of a woman’s life span, with symptoms lasting several years or even up to two decades.  Discover how to transition this season of life with strength, knowledge and confidence.

This session will delve into the various changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause. You will learn about the different stages of menopause, the roles of hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, and explore the wide range of symptoms—over 50 in total. We will also discuss proven strategies to optimize your health and well-being.

Whether you’re approaching menopause, currently experiencing it, or simply want to gain insights to support the women in your life, this lecture is for you.  Everyone is welcome!
