Voters Kit for the 2025 Election to the SP Group Executive

This is your voter’s kit for the election of the SP Group Executive. Voting will take place by electronic means only.
You will find enclosed your personal ballot key.
This year, we will be electing 7 regional representatives to the SP group executive for a 3-year term.
The positions are as follows:
1 regional position for members in each of the five regions:
- Atlantic
- Québec Region and Nunavut
- Ontario
- Prairies and Northwest Territories
- British Columbia and Yukon
2 National Capital Region (NCR) regional positions open only to SP members in the NCR.
After the close of nominations three positions have been filled by acclamation. There will be an election for the remaining four positions.

Voter Eligibility
Members in good standing of PIPSC in the SP Group are eligible to vote.
