You are invited to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ville-Marie Branch of your union, the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC), on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6 p.m.
In order to maximize member participation, the AGM will be held in a hybrid format, at Place Bonaventure and via Teams

- What is the schedule once on site?
5 p.m. to 6 p.m. ** Arrival of participants and light refreshments, networking
5:45 p.m. Opening of the Teams meeting for remote participants
6 p.m. to 8 p.m. AGM proceedings
**: Please arrive before 6 p.m., as the doors to the Southwest Portal lock automatically at 6 p.m., and no one will be able to open the door from the outside after that time. There will also be no one at the door to Suite 7300 to open the door for you. Please arrive on time.

In accordance with Article 10.2 of the Branch’s bylaws, proposed amendments to the bylaws must be submitted in writing to the Branch’s Executive Committee at sectionvillemarie@pipsc.ca. Proposed amendments may be submitted by any member of the Branch.
