NOTICE OF THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Quebec City Branch will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 5 p.m. at Domaine Cataraqui (2141 Chemin Saint-Louis, Quebec City, QC, G1T 1P9). Parking is free.
Please note that the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Quebec City Chapter will be held on the date and at the time set forth above. At this meeting, elections will be held for the following positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary and three directors. Nominations will be taken on site at the meeting on October 29, 2025.
Registration is not required to attend the general meeting. However, if you wish to attend the dinner (catered by Bistro Évolution), you must reserve your place by registering at https://lepointdevente.com/billets/d62241120001.
You’ll get two drinks during the evening, plus the chance to network and get information on union issues, including a presentation by a labour relations officer on workforce adjustment. Register as soon as possible.
